AccuData Integrated Marketing, a PRIMIS Company and provider of AccuLeads.com, has developed this Privacy Statement with the promise to be open and honest about the information you provide to us. The more we understand about you and your needs, the better we can design features and suggest products and information that are relevant to you. You may change your Opt In and Information Sharing choices at any time. Because we ask you to provide us with specific collected data to register, we want you to be fully informed about how your information is used.

Identifying Contact Information
When you register for an account, the following information pertaining to you and your business is collected:

  • Company Name
  • Job Title
  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Website
  • Phone
  • Type of Business
And optional information such as fax number, company type, product interests, etc.

We use your information for authentication and billing purposes, and to help us personalize and continually improve your query/count and order experience with us. We also use your information to notify you of other AccuLeads and AccuData products and services that might interest you. We do NOT share this information with other companies outside of the PRIMIS organization.

You can change how you want us to use your data at any time by going into your account and changing the Account Preferences section or sending an email to info@acculeads.com.

Credit Card Information
AccuData collects credit card information solely to complete your transaction on AccuLeads. AccuData will never willfully disclose credit information to a third party for any purpose.

Your Choices for Opt-In and Information Sharing
When you become a registered user, you control what communications we send to you. You have three choices to opt-in/opt-out of receiving promotional communications. The choices are indicated on the AccuLeads Registration page.

Updating and Correcting Information
Once you register and sign-in you can update and/or correct your own registration information through the Account Preferences section or send an email to info@acculeads.com with your request.
